The Breathe Group provides Support Services both remotely and on site to locations around the world. Almost all IT issues are resolved utilizing specialized remote access support systems.
Once alerted of a support issue, the Breathe Group immediately launches a proven remote troubleshooting process, overcoming obstacles on the network in the shortest time.
In the unlikely event that the situation is critical and cannot be resolved remotely, an onsite consultant will be priority scheduled.
